At New England Accounts Receivables Management (NEARM) our mission is to provide our clients with the most accurate reimbursement rules and schedules while facilitating timely and professional payment of their practice receivables. We aim to provide our clients with claims resolution for every billable service they perform.

Providing healthcare services demands a high level of ethics and professionalism. Ensuring your practice runs smoothly calls for the same level of care and competency. At NEARM, we provide billing, account management and other services for healthcare providers in a manner that extends the professionalism your office provides.

Our guiding values are to provide excellence in all the services that we offer, to represent those services completely and honestly, and to provide your patient information only to those parties involved in paying your claim.

The Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA) was founded in 1993. The HBMA’s founding and current mission is that members provide billing, accounts management and other services to health care providers in a manner that extends the professionalism of their clients’ core medical services.

HBMA has promulgated a Code of Ethics for its members to help guide billing professionals in their growth and development in the industry. Adherence to these elements in conduct with clients, peers and patients raises the bar for billing and management services, both now and into the future. When you engage a medical billing company for your practice HBMA membership is the only way to guarantee your patient’s medical data will be handled with the care, discretion and professionalism you expect.

NEARM has been a member of the HBMA since 1993.
